This is the first season, ripped with the original Japanese audio and English subtitles embedded.  It's the ADV release so I apologize ahead of time (they made quite a few errors in translation as well as editing).  Regardless, it's a classic.

The files are DivX and hosted on Megaupload.  Each file is about 175 MB in size, but the latter episodes are 232 MB.
